Internet keeps dipping out Sky Community

• This had happened after I’d tried the Windows Trouble Shooting and it had suggested running in Compatability Mode.

I had done everything, and I have just gone through the whole thing again,  but still I only get the app window to pop up and say looking for update and then close down on me, so th all is still not working. Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.

Also other users have reported that port-forwarding does not work reliably. However, the interface in the app is not fit for purpose. The user-interface of the Gigafast+ hub is seriously deficient. Has anyone else noticed that their WiFi is slower and not as reliable since the introduction of the latest WiFi from sky?
